Do I need a referral to become a patient?
No. You can book directly online or call 561-941-3399 — GreenTree is currently accepting new adult patients in West Palm Beach.
Will I see the same doctor at every visit?
Continuity is the point of primary care at GreenTree. The practice is built so the team caring for you knows your history — visit after visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent medical records or lab results you have. If you can't get records, we'll help request them.
