Why same-day access matters
When you can't see your own doctor, the alternatives are urgent care with a stranger or an expensive ER wait. A same-day visit with your primary care team means care informed by your history, your medications, and your baseline — and a follow-up plan that doesn't fall through the cracks.

What to expect
Call in the morning and in most cases you'll be seen the same day — often within hours. If a video visit makes more sense, we'll offer telemedicine instead so you don't have to leave home.

How do I get a same-day appointment?
Call the office at 561-941-3399 first thing — for sudden illness, calling is the fastest option. You can also check online availability through our booking page.
What conditions can be handled same-day?
Common acute problems: respiratory infections, flu-like illness, sinus and ear complaints, urinary symptoms, rashes, minor injuries, and flare-ups of chronic conditions. If your situation needs emergency care, we'll tell you right away.
When should I go to the ER instead?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening emergency.
