Medicare patients
We welcome Medicare patients. Annual wellness visits are covered by Medicare at no out-of-pocket cost, and we'll always tell you before any service that isn't covered.
Before your first visit
Bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If you'd like us to check your coverage in advance, call the office and we'll confirm your benefits and any copay so you know exactly what to expect.
