Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. GreenTree Family Medicine is currently accepting new adult patients in West Palm Beach. You can book your first appointment online or call 561-941-3399.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
We hold time on the schedule for same-day and next-day visits. Call the office or check online availability — for sudden illness, calling is the fastest option.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Medicare, Aetna, CHAMPVA, and TRICARE, along with a wide range of other plans. Call us to verify your coverage.
Do you offer telemedicine visits?
Yes. We offer secure telemedicine visits for follow-ups, medication management, and concerns that don't require an in-person exam.
What are your office hours?
We're open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We're closed on weekends, but same-day weekday appointments are available.
How do I access the patient portal?
GreenTree uses the myPrivia patient portal for messages, records, and visit summaries. Use the Patient Portal link at the top of this page to sign in or register.
