Is an annual physical covered by insurance?
Most plans — including Medicare — cover an annual wellness visit at no out-of-pocket cost. Call us and we'll verify exactly what your plan covers.
What screenings do I actually need?
It depends on your age, history, and risk factors. At your wellness visit we review evidence-based guidelines together and order only the screenings that make sense for you.
How often should I have bloodwork?
For most healthy adults, once a year alongside the annual exam. If you're managing a condition like diabetes or high cholesterol, we'll check more often to keep your plan on track.
